Create a Beachy Card with Gina K. Designs!

In today’s video, I created this beacy, triptych card featuring my favorite color scheme, and a wide range of cardmaking techniques, like ink blending, stamping, alcohol marker coloring, and mixed media! Take a look:
This fun card started with my favorite color scheme—pink, yellow and teal. I created a triptych of colors and textures using the Master Layouts 15 die set and Beautiful Patterns Background Stamp.
I topped the colorful panels with summer icons stamped and cut using the Sunny Days & Breezy Nights stamp and die set found in the Sunny Days & Breezy Nights Kit! I colored them very simply with OLO markers before adhering the layers together to create the focal point on my card.
For the background, I created a textured pattern using the Twirl It Rope stencil from the Sunny Days & Breezy Nights Kit, and mixed both Gold and White Rise and Shine Stencil Paste to create the perfect sandy color that also included a bit of metallic shine. I ink blended in Sandy Beach ink around the edges to make it look a bit more beachy-distressed.
To finish the card, I added the ‘Celebrating You’ sentiment and a few Angel Aura Rhinestones that gave the card the perfect amount of shimmer and shine.
