This fun card uses vellum in place of acetate to create a shaker window—perfect to create that ghostly effect!

Bright pink Glimmer hot foil added shimmery webs to the frame using the Spider Web Background Press Plate, and set the tone for this Halloween card featuring less traditional Halloween colors.
