Sweet & Spooky with Pretty Pink Posh
/Hello there! Iām taking part in an Instagram hop today for the Pretty Pink Posh August release, sharing a fun, spooky sweet card today! Take a look:
The cute candy apples from the Halloween Caramel Apple Dies were sweet on their own, but they needed a spooky scene! I created that with the Cascading Stars Stencil on a Fig cardstock panel, using my Simon Hurley Royal Flush Solar Spray. I topped it with an Aster Stitched Arch that I ink blended using the Spooky Trees Masks Stencil.
I cut my apples from Watermelon and Lemongrass using the Halloween Caramel Apple Dies and topped them with their coatings in white and Clementine, but first, I sprayed the die cuts with Golden Hour and Twin Flame Solar Spray using the Crackle Background Stencil. I topped them with their faces and glittery black bows. In the sky, I added glittery black bats also cut from the Halloween Caramel Apple Dies.
My sentiment, from the Boo Greetings Stamp Set and cut using the Coordinating Dies, was heat embossed in white on black cardstock and added to the top of the arch. To finish the card, I added a scattering of black stars from the Candy Corn Carnival Clay Confetti and purple confetti from the Rainbow Shimmer Confetti Mix.
